Adecade between Paris and Copenhagen taught Léa to write short menus. Maison Lumière opened in 2019 with one bread oven, six tables, and an intentionally narrow point of view: ingredients first, fire second, ego last.
Produce comes from three farms within 60 km. Fish lands daily from the North Sea. Bread is baked in-house every morning at 5:30.
